Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping of clients.
• Maintaining books of accounts in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Busy.
• Preparing and reviewing ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assisting in preparation of monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and summaries.
• Coordinating with clients for data collection, pending entries, and accounting clarification.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal firm processes.
• Supporting statutory audit and internal audit teams by providing required schedules and data.
• Managing documentation and filing of accounting records in an organized manner.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on working experience in Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST basics, TDS basics, and accounting treatment.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple client accounts.
• Good communication skills and client handling ability.
• High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)
• Experience: 1 to 4 years in accounting or CA firm environment preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in a CA firm.
• Candidate with exposure to multiple industries (trading, manufacturing, services).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, reconciliation formats).
