Accountant

Role & responsibilities

·        Perform journal entries, bookkeeping, and maintain ledgers.

·        GST Compliances- Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns.

·        Tax deducted at source preparation of details, payments, and filing of returns.

·        Managing accounts payables and receivables.

·        Post and reconcile monthly, and annual accounting entries.

·        Handling expense reports/sheet.

·        Review & process invoices.

·        Generate E-invoices/ E-way bills.

·        Maintaining files & records.

·        Reconcile the account ledger.

·        Knowledge of accounting principles.

·        Prepare income tax return and assist with audits to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.

·        Working knowledge of accounting software like Tally.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Good communication skills for collaboration across departments.

·        Strong organizational and time management abilities
