Accountant

Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive who will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks along with administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing financial records as well as supporting office operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Perform bank reconciliation and manage cash flow tracking
• Ensure timely GST filing, TDS, and compliance
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting
• Coordinate with CA for audits and financial matters
• Administrative Responsibilities:Manage office operations and administrative activities
• Handle vendor coordination and office supplies procurement
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Support HR in attendance, onboarding, and documentation
• Ensure proper filing and record management
• Assist in day-to-day operational support
