Qualifications:

* Commerce Graduate / CA Dropout / CA

* Minimum 1 to 8 years of relevant experience

* Candidates must have 1 to 5 years of experience working in a CA firm

Industry Experience:

* Experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm is mandatory

* Hands-on experience in statutory, tax, and GST compliance is essential

Skills & Knowledge:

* Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Companies Act, 2013, and other allied laws

* Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel

Expertise in:

* Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, GST Audits

* Handling departmental cases

* Preparation and finalization of financial statements

* Analytical thinking and attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong problem-solving attitude

* Capable of leading a team and working collaboratively

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Conducting Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, and GST Audits

* Bookkeeping and managing day-to-day accounts

* Preparing and finalizing Balance Sheets in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and Income Tax Act

* Filing returns including:

* GST

* Income Tax

* TDS

* PF and ESI
