Job Title: Accountant (BUSY Trained)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant who is proficient in BUSY accounting software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain financial records, ledgers, and accounts using BUSY software

- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements

- Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing

- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow

- Analyze financial data and provide insights for business growth

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with auditors and tax professionals as needed

- Provide training and support to junior accountants and other staff members on BUSY software

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

- Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CPA, etc.) preferred

- At least 3+ years of experience in accounting, with expertise in BUSY software

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Office and other accounting software
