Job Posting: Accountant

Responsibilities:

- Proficient in using Tally accounting software to manage all financial transactions and record-keeping.

- Adept in using MS Excel and MS Office suite to analyze financial data, create reports, and maintain financial records.

- Knowledgeable in GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) regulations and compliance.

- Able to manage stock inventory, including processing sales orders and purchase orders.

- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Liaise with auditors and tax authorities as required.

- Provide support to the finance team and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.

- Proficient in Tally accounting software and MS Excel (advanced level).

- Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations and compliance.

- Experience in managing stock inventory and processing sales and purchase orders.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
