Job Description:-

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the organization’s day-to-day accounting operations and ensure proper maintenance of financial records. The candidate will be responsible for handling transactions, statutory compliances, and maintaining accurate financial documentation to support smooth financial functioning of the company.


Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions and maintaining books of accounts.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable, including raising invoices, tracking customer payments, maintaining customer ledgers, and following up for outstanding payments.
  • Manage Accounts Payable, including verifying vendor bills, maintaining vendor ledgers, and ensuring timely processing of vendor payments.
  • Prepare and process invoices, debit notes, and credit notes in the accounting system.
  • Handle TDS deductions, maintain proper TDS records, and assist in filing TDS returns as per statutory requirements.
  • Manage GST compliance, including preparation of GST data, reconciliation, and assistance in filing monthly/quarterly GST returns.
  • Process and monitor vendor payments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.
  • Perform bank reconciliation to ensure that company records match with bank statements.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions, vouchers, and supporting records.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com or equivalent).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial data management.
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain financial accuracy.
