About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Finance Professional to manage end-to-end financial operations for multiple companies and branches operating under a single parent organization.

The candidate will be fully responsible for planning, managing, controlling, and reporting all financial activities, ensuring 100% accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and transparency across the group.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise, deep accounting knowledge, excellent command of finance tools and software, and the ability to independently manage complex multi-entity financial structures.


  • Key Responsibilities1. Group-Level Financial ManagementHandle complete financial operations of all companies and branches under the parent company
  • Maintain separate books of accounts for each entity while ensuring consolidated reporting
  • Ensure accurate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial records
  • Monitor and control cash flow, working capital, expenses, and profitability



  • 2. Accounting & BookkeepingEnd-to-end bookkeeping including:

  • Journal entries
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Inter-company transactions
  • Finalization of accounts including:

  • Profit & Loss Statements
  • Balance Sheets
  • Cash Flow Statements
  • Maintain error-free accounting records as per statutory standards
  • 3. Compliance, Taxation & Statutory MattersHandle all statutory compliances, including but not limited to:

  • GST (returns, reconciliation, audits)
  • TDS & income tax filings
  • Corporate tax planning and compliance
  • ROC & statutory filings (if applicable)
  • Coordinate with:

  • Auditors
  • Tax consultants
  • Legal advisors
  • Ensure zero non-compliance and penalty risks



  • 4. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial PlanningPrepare and manage:

  • Annual budgets
  • Forecasts and projections
  • Track actuals vs budget and provide variance analysis
  • Support management with financial insights for decision-making
  • Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities



  • 5. Payroll & Vendor ManagementHandle payroll processing for all entities and branches
  • Manage:

  • Vendor payments
  • Client invoicing
  • Receivables and payables
  • Ensure timely payments and collections



  • 6. Software, Tools & SystemsProficient use of modern accounting and finance tools, including:

  • Accounting software (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks / SAP / Oracle or equivalent)
  • GST and tax portals
  • Payroll systems
  • Excel (advanced level), MIS tools, dashboards
  • Ensure proper data organization, backups, and system security
  • Improve and automate financial processes wherever possible



  • 7. MIS, Reporting & Management SupportPrepare and present:

  • MIS reports
  • Financial dashboards
  • Monthly performance reports
  • Provide real-time financial data to management

Support audits, due diligence, and internal reviews


  • 8. Confidentiality & IntegrityMaintain 100% confidentiality of all financial data, company information, and records
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest ethical standards
  • Ensure data security and controlled access
  • Sign and adhere to strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements
