Job Title: AccountantDepartment: Finance & Accounts

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support daily financial operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update financial records and accounting entries.
• Prepare and manage invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.
• Monitor and track company expenses and budgets.
• Key Skills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.).
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation processes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• Experience:Minimum [1] years of experience in accounting or finance role.
