We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to handle day-to-day financial activities of Kids World Publications including billing, stock entry, purchase & sales accounting, payment follow-ups, and maintaining accurate financial records.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage daily sales & purchase entries in accounting software (Tally)

Generate invoices, billing for retail & wholesale customers

Maintain stock ledger for books and finished goods

Handle bank entries, cash book, petty cash & daily reconciliation

Manage GST data: filing coordination & GSTR reports preparation

Follow-up on payments & outstanding receivables

Prepare order-wise and month-wise sales reports

Support audit & compliance documentation

Coordinate with printing vendors and logistic partners for reconciliation

Maintain and reconcile credit/debit notes

Maintain accurate filing of financial documents (online & offline)
