Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy in accounts. The candidate should be familiar with accounting software and basic taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and vouchers

• Handle cash, bank entries, and bank reconciliation

• Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports

• Manage GST entries, returns, and compliance

• Assist in TDS, invoices, and payment follow-ups

• Maintain salary records and expense statements

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

• Coordinate with auditors when required

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field

• Proven experience as an Accountant

• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software

• Understanding of GST and taxation rules

• Good attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience:

• 3–7years
