Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance, and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Keeping:

  - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

  - Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)

2. Accounts Management:

  - Manage accounts payable and receivable

  - Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices

3. Compliance and Reporting:

  - Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/ IFRS)

  - Prepare and file tax returns (GST, Income Tax)

  - Submit statutory reports and returns

4. Financial Analysis:

  - Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement

  - Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

Requirements:

1. Qualifications:

  - Bachelor's degree in Commerceor Accounting (CA/CS/ICWA)

  - CA Inter/Article ship or equivalent experience

2. Experience:

  - Minimum 6Month-2years of experience in accounting and finance

  - Experience in handling accounts for a limited company

3. Skills:

  - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)

  - Strong MS Excel skills

  - Analytical and problem-solving skills

  - Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS)

- Experience with GST and income tax filings

- Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting
