Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Busy Accounting Software. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Busy Software

Prepare and manage Sales, Purchase, Journal & Ledger entries

Handle Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

Manage GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and compliance

Maintain accounts payable and receivable

Generate invoices, debit/credit notes

Assist in monthly closing and financial reports

Coordinate with auditors and support audits

Ensure accuracy of financial data and documentation

Maintain statutory records as per company norms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

1–3 years of accounting experience

Strong working knowledge of Busy Accounting Software

Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax

Proficiency in MS Excel

Good analytical and communication skills
