Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts monthly.
- Compliance & Tax: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with GAAP, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial transactions to provide insights for budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits
