Job Description
- Billing and Reimbursement: Managing patient billing, submitting claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance, and processing Explanation of Benefits (EOB) payments.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow analysis.
- Compliance and Auditing: Ensuring adherence to state and federal healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and performing regular internal audits.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing vendor invoices, payroll deductions, and ensuring timely collections.
- Budgeting: Developing and managing budgets for agency departments and tracking expenses.
- Cost Reporting: Preparing detailed cost reports for services provided.
