We are looking for a Billing & Accounts Executive to manage invoicing, payment reconciliation, and day-to-day accounts for our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, managing GST filings, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate recording of online sales, payments, and expenses across multiple platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Flipkart, offline sale). Experience with accounting software and e-commerce marketplaces is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.)
• Manage GST and TDS filings
• Monitor inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS)
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
