Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, stock accounting, and data management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, inventory management, and hands-on experience with Tally Prime and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilites:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime
• Handle daily accounting entries, including sales, purchase, expenses, and journal entries
• Perform stock accounting & inventory reconciliation across warehouses and platforms
• Manage data entry for invoices, purchase orders, and stock movement
• Track and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers
• Monitor GST compliance, including return preparation and reconciliation
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock audits and discrepancies
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audits
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com preferred)
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS reporting)
• Experience in stock keeping / inventory management
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good understanding of GST and basic compliance
• Ability to handle large data sets and multi-SKU environments
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in FMCG / E-commerce / Manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, or Quick Commerce accounting is a plus
