Accountant/ Accounts Executive

About the Role : We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or recent graduates who wish to start their career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in managing daily financial operations

 Key Responsibilities : Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and ensure proper bookkeeping. Record and manage sales, purchase, and expense entries in Tally and Zoho Books. Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records accurately. Handle client coordination for payment follow-ups, confirmations, and related communication. Closely work and coordinate with banks for remittances. Send payment reminders, track receipts, and update payment status in records. Support preparation of monthly financial reports and account reconciliations. Assist the senior accountant in GST, TDS, and other compliance-related activities. Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely updates in all financial data and documentation.

 Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Excel is mandatory. Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting work
