Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive who has experience or knowledge of working in a Chartered Accountant firm and can handle accounting, taxation, compliance, and client coordination work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping and accounting in Tally / Busy / other accounting software
• Preparation of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
• Income Tax Return preparation (Individual, Firm, Company)
• TDS return preparation and compliance
• ROC / MCA compliance work (company incorporation, annual filing, etc.)
• Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Handling client queries and coordination
• Assisting in audit work (Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit)
• Maintaining proper documentation and records

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC Compliance
• Working knowledge of Tally / Busy / Excel
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Experience in CA Firm will be preferred

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter / Semi Qualified
• Articleship / CA Firm experience will be an added advantage
