Roles and Responsibilities-

* General Accounting .

* Completing books of accounts on a weekly and monthly basis .

* GST & TDS reconciliation and return filing .

Accounts Payable

* Coordinating with vendors and making payments on time

* Making vendor payment reconciliation

* Well-versed with TDS provisions ( to be deducted on accounts payable)

* GST reconciliation and coordinating with them for correction

Accounts Receivables

* Billing to parties

* Follow up for generation invoices

* Weekly Debtors ledger scrutiny, Payment reminders via call and email and confirmation

* TDS reconciliation in Tally software

* Confirmation of GST credit to parties

Banking

* Daily and Monthly Banking reconciliation

* Fund Management

* Handling Banking operations

MIS

* Monthly invoice report preparation

* Submission of MIS report on monthly basis

Taxes and Returns

* Monthly GST calculation and return

* Monthly TDS calculation and return

* Support in submission of ITR at the year

Desired Candidate Profile

* Proficient in Advance excel

* Proficient in Tally and other accounting software

* Proficient in creating MIS Reports Monthly basis

* Must have GST knowledge
