MultyComm is a fast-growing SaaS-based Unified Communications platform that integrates Voice, Video, Collaboration, AI-enabled Conversations, Social Media, and CRM tools for startups and enterprises. With a global client base and strong growth momentum, we are looking for a detail-oriented and compliance-focused Accounts Officer to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts and financial summaries.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) with proper reconciliation.
• Pass ledger entries and ensure books of accounts are up to date.
• File GST and TDS returns on a regular basis.
• Prepare supporting financial documents required for accounting, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Draw up the annual financial statements in coordination with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and, where applicable, knowledge of US GAAP and other global standards.
• Handle all statutory compliance documentation and filings independently.
• Support management with financial analysis, summaries, and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and accounting tools.
• Practical experience in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Candidates pursuing or cleared ICWA (CMA) will be preferred.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP or other international accounting standards will be an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle compliance documentation, and meet deadlines.
