Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire accounting process, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Proficiently use accounting software such as Tally and Busy for efficient financial management.
• Handle stock management, including inventory tracking and valuation.
• Prepare and process delivery challans and other related documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce , accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
