Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with hands-on knowledge of Tally or BUSY accounting software to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, reconciliations, and statutory compliance support.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting entries using Tally or BUSY accounting software.
• Prepare and manage ledgers, journals, vouchers, and invoices.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations.
• Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Support GST and TDS entries and return filing.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audits.
• Coordinate with management, vendors, and clients for accounts-related queries.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Requirements:Proven experience as an Accountant.
• Hands-on experience with Tally OR BUSY accounting software (mandatory).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent preferred.
