Accountant Cum Office Assistant

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Accountant cum Office Assistant to manage financial operations across multiple contruction project sites and maintain compliance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations
• Maintain accurate financial records for project sites
• Prepare site-specific expense reports and budgets
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Accounts Management
• Manage supplier and vendor ledgers
• Process invoices and payments
• Ensure timely financial closure
• Software & Systems
• Operate Tally Prime for accounting tasks
• Input, verify, and validate financial data
• Generate reports using MS Excel
• Statutory Compliance
• Coordinate with compliance agencies
• Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare statutory documentation
• Financial Reporting
• Generate financial statements and management reports
• Conduct variance analysis
• Support budgeting activities
• Stakeholder Communication
• Liaise with clients, site staff, and vendors
• Resolve financial queries professionally
• Maintain vendor relationships
• Required Qualification
• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• 2–3 years of accounting experience
• Expert proficiency in Tally Prime
• Strong MS Excel and Word skills
• Attention to detail and high numerical accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
