Job Description
1 GeM Tendering, Other Website Tendering :-
Develop and manage the tendering
process from start to finish, including
drafting tender responses, preparing
tender documents, and submitting
tenders within the required timelines.
Reviewing tender documents, scope of
works, checking the feasibility for
qualification, financial criteria, preparing
presentations, risk matrix.
2 EPF :- Preparation of EPF Challans; Returns
on monthly basis
3, ESIC :- Preparation of ESI Challans; Returns
on monthly basis
4. Site Visit as per the requirement
5. Invoicing & Billing :- Billing and payment reconciliation.
6. Payroll :- Preparations of staff salary on monthly basis
7. Preparations of account books on monthly basis.
