About Light FiestaLight Fiesta is a special effects equipment rental company providing machines and technical setups for events and productions. We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, vendor payments, and complete ledger maintenance.

• Key Responsibilities🔹 Accounting & Ledger ManagementMaintain complete accounting records in Tally
• Daily entry of sales, purchase, receipts, and payments
• Maintain and reconcile vendor-wise ledgers
• Manage debtors and creditors accounts
• Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
• Monitor payables and schedule vendor payments
• Maintain proper expense records and categorization
• Bank reconciliation on a regular basis
• Maintain cash book and petty cash records
• 🔹 Financial MonitoringPrepare monthly expense and revenue reports
• Maintain rental invoice records
• Track event-wise billing and collections
• Support GST compliance and coordination with CA
• Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
• Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Tally
• Good command over Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, reports, reconciliation)
• Understanding of debtors, creditors, receivables, and payables
• Basic knowledge of GST
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Organized and disciplined work approach
• Experience Required1–4 years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience in rental / event / service-based business is an advantage
