Job Title: Accountant – Import & Invoicing

Job Summary : We are looking for an Accountant who can manage all import documentation, vendor payments, and invoicing processes for our LED screen manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle import documentation (PI, BL, Packing List, COO, Insurance, etc.)
• Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and suppliers for import clearance
• Maintain landed cost calculation and prepare GRN
• Prepare customer invoices, credit notes, and delivery challans
• Maintain accounts receivable and payable
• Track payments and follow-up with customers and vendors
• Update Tally/ERP entries daily
• Support finance team in MIS reporting and audits
• RequirementsB.Com/M.Com or equivalent
• 1–3 years experience in import documentation and invoicing
• Female candidates prefferred
• Knowledge of Tally, GST, and basic accounting
• Attention to detail and good communication skills

Work Location : Delhi (Factory/Office)
