Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance:

  • Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense records
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Manage cash transactions and petty cash
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
  • Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
  • Coordinate with CA for accounting and tax-related matters

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Maintain inventory records and stock reports
  • Handle vendor coordination and order management
  • Maintain employee attendance and basic HR records
  • Manage documents, files, and record keeping
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and customer queries

Store Support (if required):

  • Assist in customer billing at the store
  • Support sales team during peak hours
  • Ensure proper display and stock organization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts/admin role (preferred)
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy)
  • Basic knowledge of GST and taxation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
  • Good communication and organizational skills
