Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance:
- Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense records
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Manage cash transactions and petty cash
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
- Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with CA for accounting and tax-related matters
Administrative Duties:
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Maintain inventory records and stock reports
- Handle vendor coordination and order management
- Maintain employee attendance and basic HR records
- Manage documents, files, and record keeping
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer queries
Store Support (if required):
- Assist in customer billing at the store
- Support sales team during peak hours
- Ensure proper display and stock organization
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts/admin role (preferred)
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy)
- Basic knowledge of GST and taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and organizational skills
