Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled and experienced ICWA/ Chartered/Senior/Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cost accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and analyzing financial data to help guide strategic decisions. The ICWA Accountant will also ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, ensuring that the company’s finances remain accurate and transparent.

• Key Responsibilities:Cost Accounting and Financial Analysis:

• Prepare and maintain cost accounting systems, ensuring accurate allocation of costs across departments.
• Analyze cost behavior and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Provide detailed cost analysis and reports for decision-making purposes.
• Monitor inventory levels, production costs, and material usage to ensure cost efficiency.
• Financial Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare and review detailed management reports, highlighting financial performance and variance analysis.
• Provide financial data and reports to senior management to support business decisions.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, working with various departments to ensure alignment with overall financial goals.
• Track actual performance against the budget and forecast, providing insights into any discrepancies.
• Compliance and Audits:

• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Oversee the calculation and filing of tax returns, ensuring the company meets all tax obligations.
• Cost Control:

• Identify areas where cost reductions can be implemented without compromising on quality or performance.
• Advise management on cost-effective strategies, including pricing, procurement, and production processes.
• Inventory and Asset Management:

• Oversee the valuation of inventories, ensuring accurate reporting of stock levels and cost of goods sold.
• Manage fixed assets, ensuring proper tracking, depreciation, and accounting treatment.
