Accounts & Finance Manager (Logistics Industry)

Responsible for leading and managing the complete finance and accounting function of the logistics business, ensuring financial control, cash flow management, and compliance. The role includes overseeing customer billing, receivables (CRM), vendor payments, driver settlements, ledger management, bank reconciliation, GST compliance, and monthly financial closing.

The candidate will coordinate closely with operations and management to control costs, prevent revenue leakage, and improve profitability. Strong leadership skills are required to manage and guide the accounts team and ensure process discipline.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise billing, receivables, and collections
• Monitor vendor payments & driver settlements
• Oversee ledger accuracy, bank & cash reconciliation
• Prepare monthly MIS (P&L, outstanding, cost analysis, margin review)
• Ensure GST compliance & audit readiness
• Control operational cost leakages
• Lead and manage accounts team
• Improve financial processes & reporting systems
• Requirements:5–10 years experience in Accounts & Finance (Logistics industry mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP & Advanced Excel
• Leadership & team management capability
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
