Job Description

  • Financial Reporting & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate ledgers, reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and customer collections.
  • Compliance & Statutory Duties: Handle GST, TDS, PF, PT payments, return filings, and support audits (internal, external, tax).
  • Budgeting & Analysis: Assist with budget preparation, manage expenses, analyze financial data for trends, and support forecasting.
  • Month/Year-End Close: Execute closing activities, including journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and provisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and drive improvements in financial processes and systems. 
  • Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and implement policies to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Investment Management: Conduct market research, analyze investment opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage investment portfolios.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee financial statements, analyze data for trends, and present insights to senior management.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial partners.
