Job Description – Manager Accounts & Finance

Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory)

Experience: 8+ Years

Industry: E-Commerce

Reporting To: Finance Head

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable with strict ageing controls.
• Execute party / vendor reconciliation and resolve variances proactively.
• Manage logistics reconciliation including courier bills, RTO, weight disputes, and short/excess billing.
• Conduct marketplace reconciliation (settlements, commissions, shipping charges, TCS, penalties, recoveries).
• Record and reconcile platform-wise sales, returns, refunds, and settlements.
• Ensure accurate accounting of gateway charges, platform fees, and deductions.

Reporting & Controls

• Prepare reconciliation statements, ageing reports, and variance analysis.
• Handle more than 6 team members
• Support audits with documentation and clear financial trails.

Key Skills & Tools

• Tally Prime – Advanced working knowledge
• Strong command over reconciliations (bank, party, logistics, marketplace)
• Solid understanding of e-commerce accounting workflows
• Practical knowledge of GST & taxation
