Accounts Executive

About the Firm:We are a reputed Chartered Accountant firm based in Mayur Vihar, Delhi, offering comprehensive services in accounting, taxation, auditing, GST, TDS, and financial consultancy. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our professional team.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally or other accounting software.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries including bank reconciliation, invoices, and journal entries.
• Coordinate with clients for data collection and clarification.
• Support audit and taxation assignments under guidance of seniors.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all accounting activities.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a CA firm or similar accounting environment.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and Accounting Standards.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Remuneration:Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
