Accounts Manager

• Maintain books of accounts for cable accessories sales, projects, and trading activities
• Prepare and issue tax invoices, proforma invoices, debit/credit notes
• Handle accounts receivable & payable, ensuring timely collections and vendor payments
• Perform bank reconciliation (BRS) and monitor cash flow
• Maintain project-wise and customer-wise accounting records
• Track advance payments, retention money, and milestone-based billing
• Prepare monthly MIS, profitability reports, and cost analysis for management
• Statutory & ComplianceManage GST compliance:
• GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• E-invoicing / E-way bills for dispatch
• Input credit reconciliation
• Maintain statutory records and support audits
• Ensure compliance with company financial controls and policies

Ensure alignment between billing, dispatch, and collections

Cross-check invoices with delivery and order documentation

Monitor project margins and cost overruns

Support management with accurate MIS and operational insights

Maintain organized records for tenders, projects, and repeat orders

Support process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization
