Accounts Trainee

Duration: Initial Assignment – 20th February to March

Stipend: ₹1,500 – ₹2,000 per month (Training Period)

Work Nature: Mostly Field / Outstation Stock Audit Work

About the Role: We are hiring Accounts Trainees for our CA Firm.

This role is primarily for Stock Audit assignments, requiring frequent travel to outstation and remote client locations for physical stock verification and audit-related work.

⚠️ Important:

This position involves extensive travelling, remote site visits, and field-based stock verification assignments. Candidates must be fully comfortable with outstation stays for extended periods. Due to the nature of work and frequent remote travel requirements, the role is currently more suitable for male candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in Stock Audit at client locations
• Physical stock verification and counting
• Preparation of stock audit working papers and reports
• Basic reconciliation and documentation support
• Reporting audit findings to seniors

Outstation Requirement (Mandatory):

• Mostly deployed on outstation stock audit assignments
• Travel to remote locations may be required
• Candidate must be comfortable staying outside Delhi during assignment
• Stay, travelling, and food expenses will be borne by the firm
• Separate per-day allowance will be provided during outstation audit

⚠️ Commitment Clause (Very Important):

• Since all travel tickets, stay arrangements, and stock audit planning are done in advance, candidates are expected to give full commitment.
• Once selected and joined, the candidate cannot back out mid-assignment.
• The assignment must be completed till the end of the scheduled audit period.
• Leaving the assignment in between without valid reason may lead to termination of opportunity and no certification.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Completed Class 12th
• Currently pursuing Graduation from Open/Distance (Non-Regular College)
• MS Excel knowledge is compulsory (Must Requirement)
• Willing to travel frequently and stay outstation
• Physically fit and ready for field-based work

Future Growth Opportunity:

• Initial assignment: 20th February – March (Stock Audit Work)
• Based on performance and work quality, candidate may be offered a Full-Time Internship opportunity with the firm.
• After 2–3 years of practical training, candidates can become eligible for Accountant roles in companies (₹25,000 – ₹30,000 potential salary range).
• Note:After successful completion of training/internship, an Experience Certificate will be issued.
• Placement assistance will be provided for suitable accounting roles.
