Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally and other computer applications. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
• Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly/yearly closings
• Manage invoice generation and billing activities
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial documentation
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and financial records
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial transactions
• Generate reports using Excel and Tally

• Requirements: Accounting, or a related field
• Good command over Tally (ERP 9 or Prime) and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax laws
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
