Job Title: Admin Executive


Location: BARAKHAMBA ROAD, NEW DELHI


Employment Type: Full-time


Role Summary


The Office Administrator is a pivotal role responsible for maintaining a professional and clean office environment, managing daily financial records, and serving as the primary point of contact for all external vendors. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities


1. Office & Facilities Management (Team Management)


Oversee the general maintenance and cleanliness of the entire office facility, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.


Manage, train, and supervise the office support staff (Office Boys/Support Team), including scheduling tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring all facility-related duties are completed to a high standard.


Manage inventory and procurement of all office supplies, kitchen essentials, and stationery, ensuring stock levels are maintained without interruption.


Coordinate minor repairs and maintenance work within the office.


2. Daily Financial Administration & Reporting


Accurately record all daily operational expenses using Microsoft Excel or a designated accounting software.


Ensure timely processing and documentation of expense reports and petty cash transactions.


Assist in compiling expense data for monthly or quarterly budget reviews.


Maintain an organized and auditable filing system for all expense receipts and invoices.


3. Vendor Coordination


Serve as the primary liaison ("point of touch") for all external vendors, including cleaning services, maintenance contractors, security, and supply partners.


Manage vendor contracts, negotiate competitive pricing, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.



Qualifications & Skills


Experience: 3-6 years of experience in an Administrative, Office Management, or relevant coordination role.


Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.


Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for daily expense tracking and data entry.


Soft Skills:


Basic Excel
