We are looking for a reliable and organised professional to manage front desk operations while supporting administrative and basic HR functions.

Role Overview



You will be the first point of contact for visitors and client communication, while also assisting with day-to-day office administration and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities




Front Desk



  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Handle basic client communication and follow-ups




Administration



  • Maintain documentation records and filing systems
  • Coordinate office operations and vendor management
  • Support internal reporting and data organisation




HR Support



  • Assist in scheduling interviews and candidate coordination
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Support onboarding formalities and internal communication
  • Track attendance and leave records






Ideal Profile



  • 1–3 years experience in receptionist, admin, or HR coordination roles
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Well-organised and detail-oriented
  • Professional demeanor and presentable
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
