Admission Counsellor

About the Role : 

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing information about courses, guiding them through the admission process, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with prospective students who have shown interest in our courses.
• Provide detailed information about programs, fees, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
• Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right course based on their interests and career goals.
• Follow up on leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, or other communication channels.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for smooth enrollment.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle high call volumes.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
