Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective clients (students, researchers, academicians, and professionals) about our writing and publication services.
• Understand the requirements of clients and recommend the most suitable service package.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Manage inbound inquiries and proactively follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of writing, editing, proofreading, and publication services.
• Handle objections effectively and provide accurate information to build trust and credibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
• Maintain records of sales activities and update CRM regularly.
• Identify new opportunities and strategies to increase sales and customer base.

Experience Required

• 1 to 6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in:
• Academic writing services
• Research publication support
• Education or training industry
• Track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Experience in consultative selling and handling academic professionals will be an added advantage.

Key Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to understand academic/research-oriented client requirements.
• High IQ, quick learner, and ability to explain services clearly.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
