Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Admission Counsellors to guide students in selecting the right programs from top B-Schools. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion engage with inbound and cold leads provided daily, introduce them to the Talent Suite, and convert them into paying customers.
• Counsel students & professionals on online UG/PG programs and certification courses
• Recommend tailored learning paths based on individual goals
• Guide students through enrollment via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Share details on courses, eligibility, scholarships, fees, and career outcomes
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams
• Achieve weekly/monthly counselling and enrollment targets

Education: 12th Pass/Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

Experience: 0-2 years in admissions counselling, ed-tech, or sales (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).

Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
