Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through cold calling and schedule appointments or walk-ins at the centre.
• Counsel students and parents about available courses, explain eligibility, and address queries or objections effectively.
• Deliver structured sales presentations and follow the company’s defined sales process.
• Convert inquiries into admissions while maintaining a minimum conversion ratio as defined by management.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly walk-ins and admission prospects as per assigned targets.
• Maintain records of interactions and follow up with interested prospects.
• Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, education/job fairs, and outreach in schools, colleges, and institutes.
• Be open to occasional travel for promotional activities or satellite town promotions.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support admissions and business growth.
