 Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented *Education Sales Representative* to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing them with complete course information, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.

Your primary goal will be to *convert inquiries into admissions* by building trust and offering the right guidance.

 Key Responsibilities

⭐ Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from prospective students.

⭐ Counsel students and working professionals on digital marketing courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.

⭐ Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.

⭐ Help students select the right course based on their goals and interests.

⭐ Maintain and update the student database, track inquiries, and prepare regular conversion reports.

⭐ Conduct walk-in consultations and deliver engaging course presentations.

⭐ Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to generate and convert leads effectively.

⭐ Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing to guide students accurately.

 Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related preferred).

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Strong ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain a positive attitude.

✅ 2+ years of experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service (EdTech preferred).

✅ Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
