ACMT College is hiring a Team Leader – Admission Counselor to manage the admissions team and drive student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & train admission counselors

• Allocate & track leads, follow-ups & closures

• Counsel students & parents on courses

• Achieve daily/monthly admission targets

• Handle walk-ins, calls & online leads

• Prepare basic MIS & performance reports

Requirements:

• Graduate (PG preferred)

• 2–6 yrs experience in admissions/education sales

• Team handling experience required

• Good communication & target-oriented
