Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Admission Counsellor / Telecaller who can handle leads generated from YouTube, Google Ads, and WhatsApp campaigns and convert them into paid enrollments.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through YouTube, Google Ads & WhatsApp
- Understand student needs and explain course features clearly
- Counsel aspirants preparing for BPSC TRE & other exams
- Maintain proper follow-up records in Excel/CRM
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Handle WhatsApp queries professionally
- Achieve monthly admission targets
🎯 Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic)
- Strong convincing and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of competitive exams (BPSC TRE preferred)
- Ability to handle objections confidently
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web)
- Target-oriented mindset
