Job Description
- Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, suitable universities, programs, and countries based on their profiles and career goals.
- Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing accurate and updated information about admission requirements, scholarships, and application deadlines.
- Assist students in preparing and reviewing application documents (SOPs, LORs, resumes, transcripts, etc.).
- Coordinate with international university representatives for application follow-ups and offer processing.
- Keep track of applications, offers, and visa outcomes, ensuring timely updates to students.
- Guide students through visa application and interview preparation for destinations such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
- Participate in university fairs, seminars, and marketing activities to promote study abroad programs.
- Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
- Stay current with admission trends, visa policies, and international education regulations.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in student counseling or admissions (preferably in study abroad sector).
- Strong knowledge of international education systems, admission requirements, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
