Admission Counsellor

RKC Eduhub is looking for a Telecalling Executive (Admission Counsellor) who can handle inbound and outbound calls, counsel prospective students, and convert leads into admissions for our online courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective students.
• Provide accurate information about courses, batches, fees, and admission process.
• Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses as per their needs.
• Follow up with leads generated through calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily/weekly admission and follow-up targets.
• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English preferred).
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or admission counselling (preferred).
• Ability to convince, counsel, and close admissions professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools).
• Patient, polite, target-oriented, and disciplined.
