Admission Counsellor

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Contact potential or existing students or parents to inform them about career options or services.
• Identifying the skills, interests, and career goals of the students.
• Counselling the students for overseas education.
• Taking care of the follow-ups.
• Solving the queries of students (walk-ins as well as telephonic).
• Coordinating with students and universities abroad.
• Coordinating with different teams for application processing.
• Attending the university training and workshops.
• Maintaining accurate records of the students counselled.

Key Skills:

• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Strong Convincing power.
• Decent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Should have an interest in reading. Should be self-driven and a team player.
• Prior experience in the overseas education industry is preferred.
