The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a proven track record in the overseas education industry. You will be the bridge between aspiring medical students and their future universities, providing expert guidance while consistently meeting enrollment targets.

• Key Responsibilities
• Expert Counseling: Provide comprehensive telephonic and in-person counseling to students and parents regarding MBBS programs in countries like Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Philippines, etc.
• Sales & Lead Conversion: Effectively manage leads, follow up diligently, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions to meet monthly and seasonal targets.
• End-to-End Guidance: Assist students with the entire process, including university selection, eligibility criteria (NEET requirements), documentation, and visa formalities.
• Relationship Management: Build rapport with prospects by addressing their concerns, clarifying myths about studying abroad, and providing transparent information.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines and admission cycles of various international medical universities.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Industry Experience: Minimum [Insert Number, e.g., 1–3] years of experience specifically in Abroad Education Counseling.
• Niche Knowledge: Deep understanding of the MBBS Abroad sector is mandatory.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle sales targets and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
