Job Description
- Student Success & Admissions Advisor
- Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and parents about courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls, messages, and emails to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs accordingly.
- Handle the complete admission process from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in CRM or reports.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Specific RequirementsProven ability to follow up consistently with prospective clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close admissions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems.
- Experience in admissions, education sales, or counseling is preferred (freshers can apply if skilled).
- Professional attitude, confidence, and positive personality.
